Summary

Append-only docs/branch-review-ledger.md row for the merged squash of PR #1394 (0d47141f).

No product code. Records that required CI went green after the prettier #096 padding fix and that review threads were closed before merge.

Verification

  • npm run check:branch-review-ledger — pass
  • No lint/typecheck/test surface beyond the ledger guard

RAG impact: no retrieval behaviour change — documentation ledger only.

Warning

Review limit reached

You’ve reached a temporary PR review limit under our Fair Usage Limits Policy.

Your recent review volume is higher than typical usage, so adaptive limits are currently applied.

Next review available in: 19 minutes

Your organization has reached its usage spending cap. Adjust your spending cap in the billing tab.

How can I continue?

After more reviews become available, a review can be triggered using the @coderabbitai review command as a PR comment. Alternatively, push new commits to this PR.

To avoid repeated limits, reduce automatic review volume by pausing incremental auto-reviews earlier, using label-based review opt-in, excluding WIP or generated PR titles, or requesting reviews manually when the PR is ready. If your team needs uninterrupted high-volume reviews, an organization admin can enable usage-based reviews.

How do review limits work?

CodeRabbit enforces per-developer PR review limits for each organization. Most developers receive the normal plan review availability.

For paid Pro and Pro+ PR reviews, CodeRabbit uses adaptive limits for sustained high-volume activity. When a developer's recent PR review activity reaches the 95th percentile or higher among CodeRabbit users, additional reviews become available more gradually as earlier reviews age out of the rolling window.

Please refer docs for additional details.

@cursoragent Inspect the PR and repository state, identify the root cause of every failing CI check, unresolved review comment, merge conflict, and related defect. Apply the smallest robust fix using existing project patterns and best practices, without unrelated changes. Run Bugbot and all relevant lint, type-check, test, build, and CI-equivalent commands, fix any issues found, then resolve only the review comments that are fully addressed. Summarise the root causes, changes made, validation results, and any remaining blockers.

PR #1399 is merge-ready — no failing CI, conflicts, or actionable review findings.

Root causes

Nothing product-broken. Early BLOCKED was only pending Static PR / PR required. Docs-only ledger append; heavier jobs correctly skipped.

Changes made

  • Appended babysit ledger row and pushed 83807062 (docs(ledger): record PR #1399 babysit CI/Bugbot closeout).
  • No product/code fixes; no review threads to resolve.

Validation

Check Result
Hosted PR required / Static PR / CircleCI SUCCESS on tip 83807062
Local check:branch-review-ledger pass (1267 records)
Prettier / lint / typecheck pass
Bugbot (pr-bugbot) no bugs
git merge-tree vs origin/main clean
Review threads none

Remaining blockers

None for CI/conflict/review. Merge is CLEAN / MERGEABLE. Human approving review may still be required by branch protection (reviewDecision empty).
